LEAD DESIGNER

I am an architectural designer who enjoys creating amazing spaces for clients both custom and feature homes for builders.

I attended University of Oklahoma for Architecture and Oklahoma State University for Construction Management and Cost Estimating.

I Learned Auto Cad my junior year of high school at started working in commercial architectural firms as soon as I graduated.

I have worked on everything from McDonald, bowling centers, schools, projects at OU and OSU, the Oklahoma Capital, Churches, Disney Resorts as week as a Ritz Carlton in Vail.

Commercial experience taught me how to detail, what is required for building codes and to convey what needs to be done by the contractor on site.

Homes are more my passion and I was given the opportunity to work for Bridgeport Development doing Newhaven, Brookside and Livingston Meyer homes for three years.

I created the Brookside line, redesigned the elevations on all their standard Newhaven products and added to the Livingston Meyer product. I started doing many custom designs as well and was offered the opportunity to design and build the homes for Christopher Lee Homes. These homes were 900K to 4.5 million dollar unique projects. I worked for Chris for 6 years. I designed homes for many other builders such as McGregor homes, Shiloh homes, Avalon homes, Stk homes and currently Red River Homes.

I have worked with many developers to design tiny homes, luxury feature homes as remodels for investment properties.

I have been married to an OKC fireman/paramedic for 20 years and we have two children. My oldest graduated from Sante Fe High school and now works in Cyber Security and My youngest does barrel racing and is on the pom squad at school. We live in Edmond and eventually plan to retire on a beach.

We also have a Frenchie, a Great Dane and a cat.

Designing homes is a passion of mine and my goal is to put your vision on paper so it can be built.

I also love coming up with home layouts that are unique and also function for your family and lifestyle.

Renderings are my favorite thing to do because you can see the client’s face light up when they are able to see the home with their colors and selections integrated. This often allows them to let go of that anxiety they typically have, hoping that they made they correct choice during the selection process.

I enjoy landscape layout, interior design, and building the home on paper and then building it on the site.

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Terry has been involved in construction, development, and real estate for 40 years. While in high school he worked as a construction laborer.

After high school he attended Sheetmetal school and became a journeyman Sheetmetal worker. He and his wife owned and operated a real estate company where he became a licensed Oklahoma real estate broker. Terry was then approached about work with a locate builder in the metro area where he worked with several builders in the Oklahoma City area before he and his wife formed their own residential building company.

Due to the difficulty of purchasing lots, they formed a development company and developed several subdivisions in the metro area. At the current time, Terry is using his expertise serving with Red River Homes.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Born & raised in Plano TX, Mitesh Patel is the Chief Financial Officer for Red River Homes. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to working in Oklahoma for over 5 years in development and construction, he helped manage Berkshire Hathaway's insurance program for professional liability.

Marcelo Olvera has over 25 years of experience in many different areas in construction. He is the President of Red River Homes, Olvera's Concrete, Triple M Properties, OC Concrete Pumping, and others based in Oklahoma.
